PGA Championship 2017 Rental Agreement
SilverFox Chauffeured Transportation is located at: 10722 Carmel Commons Blvd. Suite 420, Charlotte, NC 28226, 704-622,9944. Above base rate INCLUDES chauffeur pay, any additional cash gratuity may be paid to the driver or written in on the drivers trip sheet at the end of your rental at your discretion. If credit card holder is not going to be present when the vehicle arrives, The credit card holder must sign and fax this confirmation within 72 hours of booking to 704-752-7256 1. This agreement/email confirmation is a CONTRACT between SilverFox Limos, LLC and the customer for hire of the limousine service and pertains specifically to the performance by the customer in the limousine. 2. All reservations will be charged $25% non-refundable deposit 3. Any changes to pick up time within 7 days may be subject to charges from original pick up time at the discretion of SilverFox Limos. 4. SilverFox Limos is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will due our best to provide an alternate vehicle(s) to get passengers to their locations. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle booked caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. 5. A fee of $250 .00 for each carpet or seat burn OR excessive clean up due to spills on carpet or seats. Sanitation fee is $250.00 for anyone who loses their control of bodily functions in the vehicle for hire. 6. NO DRUGS or ALCOHOL, Beer, Wine or Champagne is allowed. ALL SFL VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING. Any law enforcement fines will be paid for by the customer except driver violations. 7.The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). 8. Overtime pay will apply in 30 minute increments after your prearranged time indicated on the run sheet has ended. 9. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). 10. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 11. Remaining balances will be charged to credit card 30 days prior to the event unless a check is sent prior to that time. 12. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Runs cancelled within 30 days will be charged the full balance. SFL will make every attempt to rebook the vehicle reserved and customer will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.00 if we can rebook the vehicle.

Q: What is the difference between a Wanamaker Club ticket package and a Season Grounds ticket package?
A: Season Grounds tickets include access to the Championship Grounds for all seven days (Monday through Sunday). Each Season Grounds Ticket Package comes in the form of seven individual daily tickets (one for Monday, one for Tuesday, etc.). Wanamaker Club tickets include week-long access to the Championship Grounds, as well as entrance into the Wanamaker Club and also come in the form of seven individual daily tickets.
The Wanamaker Club is a pavilion located to the players’ left of hole 1. Amenities include air conditioning, televisions, an outdoor patio, restrooms, and upscale food and beverage options available for purchase.
Q: Does the PGA offer Junior tickets?
A: Juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds FREE when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted four (4) junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked-up onsite at the Admission Sales & Will Call Office at the Championship main entrance on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out.
Note: A junior ticket will NOT provide access into the Clubhouse, or any hospitality area at the 2017 PGA Championship.
Q: Do Juniors receive complimentary access to the Wanamaker Club?
A: A complimentary junior grounds ticket will NOT provide access into the Wanamaker Club. A nominal daily upgrade charge will apply for access. Junior upgrades can be purchased on the day of attendance at the Admission Sales & Will Call office located at the main entrance of the Championship.
Q: Does the PGA offer Military tickets?
A: To honor the men and women who serve our country in the United States Armed Forces, The PGA of America is pleased to offer Active Duty, Military Retirees, Active Reserve, National Guard and their accompanying spouse/partner complimentary Daily Grounds tickets. Upon arrival, Military personnel must go to the Admissions and Will Call Office to present their Military ID in exchange for Daily Grounds tickets.
Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Tickets will be mailed out to arrive by early-July, 2017.
Q. Will there be a Will Call Office located on-site for ticket/credential pickup?
A. No. The Admissions and Will Call Office will not hold tickets or credentials for pick up. All tickets will be mailed to the address provided at time of purchase.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?
A. Yes. You will only be permitted to purchase 10 tickets per package, per transaction.
Q: Where will I be able to park for the 2017 PGA Championship?
A: Details related to parking will be announced in the spring of 2017.
Q. What are the PGA Championship’s admittance and re-admittance policies?
A. There will be no readmission into the Championship grounds for ticket holders. If you wish to leave and re-enter the grounds a new ticket must be presented.
Q: Are strollers allowed onsite at the 2017 PGA Championship?
A: Child strollers will be permitted entry at the 2017 PGA Championship, but fans in attendance are encouraged to keep in mind that the terrain may not be stroller-friendly throughout.
