    My name is Darren Kahn and I am contacting because I hired your transportation service yesterday to take myself and one of my employees to an appt. We were picked up at CLT and driven to Salisbury, NC to perform a quality audit on one of my suppliers. We were then picked up at the supplier and driven back to CLT.

  15. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service from Friday, July 25th.

    My driver was Rick Ruckart, who was absolutely excellent. The car was clean, he showed up on time, and he was there 15 minutes BEFORE my scheduled pickup time, much as your website said he would be. The price was clearly stated and I appreciate that there were no hidden fees that I wasn’t made aware of before hand. The customer agent (Melissa) that took my order was also polite, knowledgeable, and helpful over the phone. She also let me know that I could save a little bit by using the website, which is nice to know for the next time I book.

    Finally, Rick was accommodating, polite, prompt, and responsible. He was very courteous to us, drove the car safely and carefully, and I will definitely use your service again and request Rick whenever possible.

    Please forward this as necessary to the appropriate supervisors or managers. I hope that should you receive negative complaints, there are people out there that appreciate good service and are willing to tell you about the positive as well.

    I wanted to make sure to let you know how impressed I am with SilverFox Limos. I am very behind on work this month, and it took me until 8:30pm at night to work on this particular client. I cannot explain simply how convenient it is to be able to call and actually talk to a person at 8:30pm at night! I tried to book on the website first, but definitely needed to speak with a person to get it right.

    I really wanted to recognize your customer service person Brandi. Not only did I get someone to answer the phone at 8:30pm, but I got a friendly and helpful person! She got the exact information I needed in a very professional and efficient manner. Also, she was simply friendly and nice – and made me feel like she cared about her job and me as a customer. That is extremely rare these days, so I definitely wanted to send a note.

    I wanted to send you a quick email to tell you what a GREAT experience my daughter and her friends had this past Saturday. I rented a 29 passenger bus for her and her prom group. All the kids commented on how “awesome” their driver, Jermaine, was and I agree! He came to where the group was taking pictures and spoke to the parents and the kids and made everyone feel at ease and well taken care of. My daughter and her friends all said over and over the next day how great he was to them… professional and easy to work with and very personable. My daughter described it perfectly… “Mom, Jermaine treated us like adults and not like lowly teenagers like the rest of the world does”. haha. Anyway, I thought you’d want to know what a great experience we had with your company. Thank you so much.
